What currency are the prices that I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.

When will my order ship and arrive?
We ship orders within 1 to 3 days after payment is received. Please allow 3-5 days for Priority Mail orders to arrive after shipment. First class and ground mail may take 7-9 days to arrive. 
Tracking information will be provided once your package is prepared for shipment. If you don't receive a tracking number, please email us at teamprimetyme1@gmail.com.

Which shipping option comes with a money back guarantee option?
Overnight express mail is the only option that comes with a money back guarantee. Packages are usually delivered within 1-2 days depending on your area. If your package isn't delivered as promised, a refund will be issued with proof of purchase by USPS. 

What is the return policy?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee if the product is defective. All defective or damaged products must be returned to us for a refund or exchange. You have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us for a full refund. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels. Once we have received your return, please allow 3-5 days for us to process a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an order if it hasn't been shipped. Please be aware that we promptly pull the items for an order to prepare for shipment. Once an order ships, it can't be canceled.

Who do I contact if I have entered an incorrect address?
Promptly email us at teamprimetyme1@gmail.com to make an address correction. This will minimize your items going to the incorrect address.
